The Bonvivant 100% Botanical Sheet Mask line boasts all natural sheets crafted with 100% Eucalyptus-derived elements that gently adhere to the skin without any irritation. However, this was a very ill-fitting mask on me. I have a small face and the eye holes were barely big enough to go around my eyes without actually getting in my eyes. Very annoying. Bonvivant makes different masks that are enriched with a top-notch blend of fruit extracts like Mulberry, Fig, Pomegranate, and Gingko Nut that naturally protect and revitalize skin. The Adenosine + Acai sheet mask (which is what I used) restores damaged tired skin. Adenosine re-energizes, while Acai Extract delivers rich antioxidants to strengthen skin and protect it from toxins and environmental pollutants.
There is ALOT of product in this sheet mask, I even used what was left in the package on my face and neck after I removed the mask. I will say, it is a tad on the tacky side until it gets absorbed in, but adding a moisturizer over the serum seemed to help a little bit with that problem. I have rosacea/reactive/sensitive skin and it did not bother me in the least. No burning, no turning bright red and no irritation. All wins in my book.I always exfoliate before I use a mask that way your skin is ready to receive all the good products that are loaded in the sheet mask.
It’s been 20 minutes now and I am still a little on the tacky side so I would not recommend using this if you are planning to put on makeup after using this, I don’t think the results would be very good. The best pretreatment for makeup application is a good exfoliation, either by physical or chemical exfoliation so that way your dry dead skin won’t flake up and cause your makeup to go on unevenly and patchy. Overall I would recommend this mask if you can get past the smallish eye holes. My face feels soft and supple albeit still a little on the tacky side.
